Advocacy and Power Program

Celebrate and support people from refugee backgrounds to become leading advocates in human rights.

The Advocacy and Power Program is a four month intensive course to equip people from refugee backgrounds with the skills to become powerful and positive voices in Australia.

This is a special evening of presentations by five people completing the program in Brisbane. Be inspired by their journeys, and support them to build networks to advocate across media and public discussions.

You'll have the opportunity to ask questions and meet each emerging leader in person over food and drink. Door open from 5.30 pm for a 6 pm start. We look forward to seeing you there!
