You are invited to celebrate and support people from refugee backgrounds to become leading advocates in the movement for human rights in Australia.
The Advocacy and Power Program is a four month intensive course to equip people from refugee backgrounds with the skills to become powerful and positive voices on asylum and multiculturalism.
This is a special evening of presentations by eight people completing the program in Brisbane. Be inspired by their journeys, and support them to build networks to lead and advocate across media and public discussions.
You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions and meet each emerging leader in person over food and drink.
We look forward to seeing you there!
